Have u heard of Acrostic poems before? For those who have no experience of reading or writing poems before, this lesson will be a good starting point to acknowledge and try writing the poem. Without further a due, lets get it started!
What is an acrostic poem?
An acrostic poem is a poem that uses the letters from a word or words to construct the poem.
There many different ways to construct acrostic poems. The easiest way of writing the poem is by spelling down the letters to the page of paper (or in other case margin)
For example:
L
O
V
E
And then, write the phrase, sentence or word to each of the letters. Usually, the sentence, word or phrase is describing the whole word.
L Lust
O Overjoy
V Vulnerable
E Everlasting
